S2 Game Terms and Conditions — Conditions of access and use

S2 Game presents itself as an international entertainment gaming service. Access to its platform and the services offered through it is governed by these conditions.

The parties to this agreement are the service operator and the person accessing it, referred to as the User. Use of any covered service constitutes acceptance of the conditions.

The operator reserves the ability to amend this agreement. A user who continues after a revised version is published accepts that version, so check this page periodically for changes.

• Use the service only for your own recreation.
• Access for commercial purposes or on behalf of a different person is prohibited.
• Written permission is required to use the site's material, trademarks or other protected intellectual property.

Registration details must be accurate and complete. Providing false information can result in the account being closed.

• Each individual is permitted a single S2 Game profile. Creating duplicate accounts breaches these conditions.
• Do not disclose your password or permit another person to use your access.
• Report any suspected unauthorised entry to the support team without delay.
• Amend the profile when personal information changes so the account remains up to date.
• You may not sell or transfer the account to another person.
• The operator can request documents to check your identity.

The service is available only to adults who are at least 18; people below that age are ineligible.

Age must be confirmed during sign-up. The operator may subsequently request a passport, national ID or birth certificate as evidence.

• A payout can be held while the required age check remains incomplete.
• Misrepresenting age may cause account termination and forfeiture of money held in it.

• Only a new member's initial deposit qualifies for the welcome promotion.
• Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn until its applicable wagering obligation has been met.
• A bonus may be taken away if abuse or manipulation is found.
• Creating multiple profiles to obtain promotional rewards can lead to closure of those profiles.
• The operator may change or cancel a promotion.
• An unused bonus ends when its validity period expires.

• Where a result is contested, these conditions give final authority to the operator's recorded system logs.
• An entry or transaction resulting from system malfunction or a technical error can be declared void.
• Tools, software or equipment intended to manipulate a game are not permitted.
• Collusion and cheating may cause an account to be terminated and its winnings forfeited.
• Advance notice of alterations to game rules will be attempted, according to the operator.

The conduct listed below is prohibited. Violations can lead to termination or legal proceedings.

• Do not introduce malware, viruses or hacking tools.

• Do not connect from a location where access is prohibited.

In the following situations, the operator may suspend or terminate access without giving advance notice.

• Information that is false or misleading.
• Financial activity that raises suspicion.
• An account inactive for twelve months or longer.

Members may request account closure. An eligible remaining balance can be requested for payout before the closure is completed; unused promotional funds are forfeited rather than paid out.

The operator disclaims responsibility for the following circumstances, described as outside its control.

• Interruption of gameplay because the user's internet signal fails or becomes unstable.
• Delay or failure at an independent payment gateway.
• Loss arising from a fault in the user's own hardware or software.
• A force-majeure event, such as a disaster, war or pandemic.

Amendments may be made at any time. Where a change is substantial, the operator says it will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance through the registered email address or an account notice.

Continuing after the effective date indicates agreement to the amendment. A user who does not accept it should stop accessing the platform and contact support about how to proceed.
